A chain of mysterious cases had happened. A senior chemist, BOU KWOK DUNG (Wayne Lai), senior forensic doctor, CHUNG HOK SUM (Maggie Cheung), senior crime inspector, LAM CHIN YEE (Kate Tsui) and sergeant, LEE JIN FUNG (Ron Ng), etc. are collaborated together in solving the cases. Due to DUNG's and SUM's personal characterization and mutual interactions for long years, they unintentionally trigger an unexpected close bond relationship together. After DUNG's marriage relationship with his wife, CHOW YIK FEI (Nancy Wu) had been broken, he finally knew the most understandable person was SUM. On the other hand, YEE and FUNG met lots of life threatening incidents during the cop cases, and they slowly fallen in love with each other.
Forensic technicians, TSEUNG CHEUK KWAN (Aimee Chan) and HO JING MUN (Edwin Siu) are becoming a lovely perfect couple while they were undergoing a serious challenging forensic jobs. Through evidence, research, logic, psychology, medical and science, etc., these professionals are working together in solving cases through a seamless flow of various departments and protecting people's rights and civil actions.
