- Wayne will play a Senior Chemist.
- Maggie Cheung will play a forensic pathologist. She and Wayne will have a romantic storyline.
- Kate Tsui will play a Senior Inspector of Police. She and Charmaine are good friends.
- Ron Ng will play a Sergeant. He and Kate will play a pair.
- Nancy will play Eva Chow, a barrister. She is Wayne's wife, and they also have a daughter. Later, problems arise between her and her husband.
